in business, survival of the unfittest is commonplace
if/when leadership at the top is lacking, then the best & brightest depart
the intermediate talent usually fill the void
some of these talented people also leave
the corporation is left with the unfittest to lead

are we seeing the same thing happening now within the Bushy Admin?
I dont think so
not sure many talented people were there in the first place

in past Administrations, at least from 1992 onward, the best talent was commissioned to break the law and bend the system in order to deceptively produce economic growth, even if it was borrowed or stolen from this decade
