I have waited for the SGI worm to turn for a lonnnnnggggg time and now it is here. Anyone read the quarterly release and feel the fire burning there? Over the last couple years, there has been a huge divergence between the stock price and revenues, with revs having gone upppp but earnings have sucked and the stock has gone downnn due to mismanagement of this would-be world class company ... However, you can easily see this dog is ready to hunt: McCracken confidently says all capacity constraints have been eased and excellent acceptance of their new products. Put that together with their first $1B+ quarter (and I'm not talking $1.001 B, i'm talking 20% OVER $1B) and you are going to see this rocket not unlike the semi equipment stocks that were so out of favor a year ago. 50 by Christmas, folks. Money Managers WANT this one now. PSR is highly attractive vs. the rest of the group, earnings upgrades will flow SOON (likely tomorrow), momentum guys will be pushing this one up hard and better days lie ahead for the stock even if you haven't bought yet (which, for me, will occur at the open tomorrow). Sorry if I sound like a bird, but SGI is cheap cheap cheap...
