I think that sort of informality shows a familiarity and closeness that one would show to a member of the family... clearly Bush didn't feel the need for the phony pomp and ceremony other's more distant to him might expect, I would take that as a complement and feel honored... I honestly think you're being way overly sensitive and making much ado about absolutely nothing... why are you so upset about that when Thomas isn't? What the deal with you?
