Sort of interesting that it is not based on body weight. Really wonder what dosage van der Spoel et. al. were giving those mice, and at what dosage the neurological effects show up. Anyone get the hard copy of PNAS?

Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention, because I wasn't aware of this: the leaflet says that the side-effects -- including weight lose, flatulence, and neuropathy -- are usually transient, starting at the beginning of treatment and tapering off. Thank God for small blessings. Makes the possibilty of approval for contraception somewhat less remote. Anyone seen data on OGT - 923? I saw a vague reference to a better side effect profile. More hunting . . .
