It is you who cannot make sense.

You have repeatedly bashed Bush for not getting Bin Laden. Now, you ask, "At the time, the Sudanese were ready to give up bin Laden what crime had he been found guilty of?".

I simply said that Bin Laden has NEVER been found guilty of ANY crime that I'm aware of. If a predetermination of guilt is your criterion, then neither Bush NOR Clinton should have captured Bin Laden.

Of course, your argument makes zero sense. Clinton certainly should have had Bin Laden's head; and Bush isn't finished yet.

Bush's capture of Bin Laden on 9/12 would not have made any difference about 9/11. Clinton's capture of Bin Laden in the late 90s would possibly have eliminated 9/11.

You really have no leg to stand on in this argument .. when you're in a hole, stop digging....
