Are you implying Kissinger's safe guarding the info about Saudi's connections to 9/11?

No, of course not. I'm not even implying Kissinger would do anything different. I'm simply pointing to the public conflict of interest, in which the chair of the commission had significant business relations with the Saudis. And, I'm even suggesting that it's possible that was Mitchell's problem as well. He has better political instincts than Kissinger and perhaps spotted the problem sooner.
