Abuse caused by bigotry or racism is not a crime in the minds of the perpetrators or others that belief as they do.... it's only when they're caught and prosecuted do they become criminals... And don't tell us it doesn't occur anymore.....how about the poor guy who was dragged to his death in Texas right before W ran for pres...... Why did it take 40 years or so to get enough evidence on the KKK nuts who murdered those little girls in the church....you think know one of the local population knew about it?????
