Soundview is a MM in this issue, and has been more of a seller than a buyer. They currently sit on the offer side, meaning they continue to be same. I will continue to trade this issue, and may buy it back Monday, depending on how the it reacts. I have seen to SEC releases that indicate insider buying, although there may have been some. There is a reason this issue is trading at it's current level. The "tape" always tells the story..
