I also believe they have a good amount of borrowing ability despite the debt. I researched CRK a couple of weeks ago - and despite the debt - the story looked good. One other comment on debt. To the extent it was a negative - the current commodity price tends to mitigate this issue. The other factor is the two offsets to the recent boomer well. Bob
