No. I contend there were FAR MORE than 40,000 fabricated votes for Landrieu. They accelerated the fabrication after a few hours of voting, because they could see inadequate "turnout" in their key precincts. The Dems learned their lesson from 2000: enough is NEVER enough.

Ashcroft will get some of the culprits from S. Dakota. At least one, it appears, will serve time. But S. Dakota was just a testing ground. Operation Restore Democracy is going to go on for at least 6 more years.
