I think I noticed all the music was original, composed by Sally Potter and David Motion.. And that last song was called "Coming" I believe.. (I wrote all this down as the credits swept by to help me in my search for the CD of the soundtrack.. I don't have that good of a memory..<g>) No, I am not familiar with Dimming of the Day.. The words are very nice, very real..
