Then you would be wrong. Actually, that's not to say that Seattle is a very segregated city (its actually in the middle of listed metro areas - rank 172). But Orange County is less (rank 282).

Yes, Orange County Metro has a population that is comparable to the Seattle Metro. The Seattle-Bellevue-Everett Metropolitan Area has a population of 2,414,616. The Orange County Metropolitan Area has a population of 2,846,289.
