Dan, the last time I talked to KK he said that they were still actively trying to obtain the exemption from Canadian reporting standards but had not succeeded yet. He indicated that it may be a month or more before the issue is resolved. Unless a surprise resolution was made they should be Canadian. Also if I am remembering correctly the ammortization figure for this period is very close to that of last period; that wouldn't be the case if American standards were used (check that though, I don't have the numbers in front of me). As far as contracts go, I got the impression that there may be several things in the works. It seems to me that Lenox is gearing up for elevated activity. They have hired two new PR firms; one for commercial PR and one for investor PR (I would guess that's why we saw the release on the newswires). I think that we will see a few nice contracts come in over the coming months. Another thing to look out for is the Prestone reorder for the Insta-trak product. Last winter's increase was 10 fold and Prestone is again planning to expand product availability. Initial orders should start in the summer months from what I understand. EH EH
