Thanks for clarifying who is liable for damages. That music site recently posted seems like a place t o order CD's from. It did not seem like a place to download music from for a price. Only items that come from the vendor's "server" through wires, the air, cable into your or your local store's copying device is covered. Meaning: chose a song, newsletter, computer program, etc; agree to pay for that specific item and have it sent (downloaded into your "storage" or playback device, printer, fax machine, etc. ... this is what the patent covers. ZZZzzzz. mel
