Neeny, I did not have a lot of direct contact with Tim. I lurked a bit on his thread and followed him on some of his trades. Regardless, I always found him highly entertaining and provocative and I made it a habit to read what he had to say. It was fitting that the title of his last thread was “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.” Like all of us, on any given day Tim could exhibit any one or all of those characteristics. The difference with Tim is that he shared his humanity in a very public forum. Tim made a lot of enemies, but it seems safe to say that his friends far outnumbered his enemies. When Tim’s father died, I exchanged a few PMs with him. Though my own father had died about a year earlier, the pain was still fresh and it was comforting to me to be able to offer my condolences and to share some of my thoughts on dealing with the grief associated with the loss of a loved one. I hope that my PMs gave him as much comfort as I received from his. Those PMs will be my lasting memory of Tim. Glenn
