I bought a goodly chunk of BAY at 3.25 . Have had a few sweaty days, LOL.

Figure the thing is worth 5.50-6$ if the deal goes through. I found a place to price options and the warrants are worth about 5$ according to Black-Scholes. So, we get about 1$ worth of warrant for each BAY share.

So... BAY=.4*11+1= 5.40 (today)
