So, in this (nebulous) perspective you're suggesting, raping women in third world countries is acceptable and raping women in America is not. Is that how it's done? What's the exchange rate for a woman in your home town — around 50 goats or so? Adjusted for inflation? "one has to take everything into perspective... abuse in a third world country, that is say 50 years behind, is not the same as abuse in the most advanced country... so, whether it is 1 out of every three or one out of every 50 women in America that is a rape victim, that is irrelevant... and actually, it is worse in such advanced society than in the lagging society"
