Tumi - Prudent Bear buys some shares
David W. Tice, PRUDENT BEAR FUNDS, INC. announces it has
acquired control and direction, through Prudent Bear Fund, a mutual
fund managed by it, over 500,000 common shares and warrants to
purchase an additional 500,000 common shares of Tumi Resources
Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company would have
control and direction over 13.6% of the outstanding shares of Tumi
Resources Limited assuming exercise of such warrants. The
Company does not own or have control or direction over any other
securities of Tumi Resources Limited.
The Company acquired the shares and warrants for investment
purposes and has filed an Acquisition Report with the British
Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions in respect of the
shares and warrants acquired. Copies of the report may be obtained
