Homebuilders are looking frothy..

General direction of the market should be down starting Wednesday, maybe Thursday. Triple expiration should keep things capped, and then everybody's off for Christmas. Markets should be relatively flat, minus anything happening in the geopolitical arena.

I'm not sure how much volatility will be exhibited for the rest of the year - I do think there is the possibility for a 5% swing here and there, but it's quite erratic. January should be more interesting.
