I think this is a great opportunity to average down. I have been buying all that I can.

First contract announcement will quadruple stock. Parking meter contract alone is potentially worth six to nine million in revenue. If margin is 40% earnings of 2.5 to 4 million on a nine to twelve million share float will drive this stock up.
