No, they haven't. Why do you people come on here saying crap you can't support? Do you ALWAYS lie, or just when you don't know what the hell you're talking about? Bush wrote the letter. Baker delivered it. Powell and Schwartzkopf have BOTH stated publicly that they believe that letter may be the sole reason Saddam did not use WMD against us in the Gulf War. Liberals will just say anything. It doesn't matter whether there is any truth to it or not.
