If Saddam launched Scud missiles containing smallpox at Israel or Riyadh, we'd probably do something more drastic like lob smallish nukes at Presidential "palaces" inside Baghdad.

Please answer a few questions for me:
- What do you think is a "smallish nuke"?
- Just what do you believe it will do?
- And how will its effects be more desirable than a conventional bomb that could destroy the palaces just as well?

I am not sure you know what a nuclear bomb is, how it works, and what its consequences are.
