NTT DoCoMo to unveil faster FOMA 3G service in 2005 09:17 Tuesday December 17, 2002, Telecom.paper NTT DoCoMo intends to unveil an advanced FOMA 3G service, with data transmission speed of 14.4 megabit per second, much faster than the 384 kbps service now available, as early as 2005, according to a report in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun without citing sources.
