You are OK with non-Americans being killed in massive numbers. You are not OK with Americans being killed in massive numbers, so you are not unsympathetic to all deaths as seen in certain pscyhoses, but only to non-American ones. So you are not psychotic but you are not against genocide, killing of a certain group of people of "a national, ethnical, racial or religious group", as long as they are not Americans.

The only difference between the above definition and your stance is that you do not particularly have the intent to destroy them all. As I have said, you would not initiate genocide, but if it happened around you, as long as they are non-Americans, you would not mind the killing of a certain group of people in massive numbers.
