I watched people ordered to go back in to those buildings by others who told them there was nothing to worry about and they should continue to work as usual. I could not do anything but tell people around me that those buildings were going down and the people should run out fast

Are you saying you heard people were order back into the WTC towers? I don't believe this happened. People did a reasonably good job of getting out of those buildings, I think. If they hadn't the death toll might have been in the tens of thousands instead of the thousands. The only people who went into the building after it was hit were the firemen.
