OFF TOPIC Frank, I know for a fact that the expensive report done on IPM by T. Hoare was released to "their" investors July 1/97 (Bloomberg just posted the release date). Check the graph since then (down). I also know that "that" report was not available to Canacord investors as of last week (checked the T.O. office). But still their handout book rec. buying it, and so does the report, but only as a speculative play with a 25% chance. This may not mean anything and... I may be wrong, but I get the disctinct feeling that there are 2 levels of T. Hoare(Cannacord) investors we are talking about here. It was just mentioned on the Desert Dirt threads by an Englishmen who lives there that T. Hoare has been in business for a very long time and that their principle clients are very old money who depend on them to keep them in the money while they sip their "scotch & soda". AAhhhh, the Internet, fast and fuddled..... - :-) - denis
