Well, I'm hoping for 3-4 decades.<g> Did HR 5156 ever pass? A quick Google search turned up some news on its introduction and hearings but I didn't see final passage. Did you see this, BTW? sdearthtimes.com I think we're talking about two related but very different issues - offshore electricity generation and widespread use of fuel cells down to the household level. The former seems more likely to me than the latter. My original point was that the Barron's article was hyping a fuel cell in every car and that is what I'm doubting.
