Leonard based on past performance, I would not be surprised if you were correct. Pretty much everything this company tackled since last Sep. fell through (ie, rumors of gold in Mexico, then the rumors of a gas deal, then additional land aquisitions down south, then the JV on the NWT properties - did I miss any?) If the gravel deal goes sour too, then there is no reason to expect anything but a further slide in share prices, and I suspect that it will be difficult for the company to come up with any significant financing to do anything.
