So, we are left wondering whether McKneight has left the BoD. If so, that seems material to me. How long has he been gone and when were they going to say something? If not, well, I guess we just have another example of sloppy work by whoever maintains the Web site.

BTW, if he is gone, who will replace him? Simmons? That would be 2 of 5 from management. In the olden days, a majority from outside was enough, but most corporate governance people want to see as few as possible now, preferrably just the CEO.

Of course, there's always Hank. LOL

Oh, one more thing. One might have expected a related party transaction footnote in the 10-Q. A company this size spending $900k with EL while McKneight sat on both boards seems noteworthy to me.
