I hit back accidently (I was cutting and pasting with right clicks and I accidently did and incorrect click). Normally this is not a problem as I still have the message when I hit forward again but since I had been doing other things in other browser windows the reply was no longer in my cache.

I put most of it back. I may have even worded parts of it better and cut out some not needed material but some of it would have been useful, also it took time to recreate.
