Mill City International Corporation Resume Trading
CALGARY, Dec. 17 /CNW/ - MILL CITY INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION (the
"Company") (MC- TSX Venture) (formerly Pantera Enterprises Inc. ("PE") )
announces that it has completed the take-over of Pantera as part of Pantera's
Qualifying Transaction, all as approved by shareholders on October 28, 2002.
As part of the Qualifying Transaction the name of the Company has been changed
from Pantera Enterprises Inc. to Mill City International Corporation.
Effective at the opening of Tuesday, December 17, 2002 the common share of the
Company will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading
symbol "MC".
To complete what was the Company's Qualifying Transaction, the Company's
transfer agent, Olympia Trust Company is in the process of distributing to the
previous shareholders of what was then Mill City International Inc. ("Mill
City ") 13,668,413 common shares at a deemed price of $0.20 per share
resulting in the previous shareholders of Mill City receiving one new share
for each four shares (of Mill City) owned as of October 31, 2002.
Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value of which 15,568,414
shares are issued and outstanding.
Escrow: 150,000 shares.
Transfer Agent: Olympia Trust Company.
Trading Symbol: MC (new).
