JB,

Nice to see that someone has the balls to post ahead of time what they are going to do rather than to use hindsight to create fabricated performance. While I do think heavy reliance on technical factors such as "double tops" is silly, I actually do agree that Overture's upside is more limited now than it was a couple months ago. As a result, I am selling my Feb 25 calls (at a nice profit). I will continue to hold my entire long position in the stock itself (bought in the teens over 2 years ago), but I am just closing my leverage play on the shorter-term undervaluation. By no means am I bearish on Overture now. I just think it is closer to fair value than it was. I maintain my estimate of the mid 30s by the summer, but I will not be shocked if it rallies to that point sooner or drops back into the mid 20s before June arrives. What is the underlying fundamental reasoning for my stance? I have mentioned before that I am a large advertiser in the PPC arena and therefore have some "insider" insight. What I am seeing is that average bids are stabilizing and that most of the available distribution partners have now been locked up by one provider or another. As a result, earnings growth is likely to slow. I think Overture needs to focus on efficiency and cost management rather than trying to expand much further. (With the exception of in international markets... there is still a lot of room for growth there.)

Well there you have it. I am closing my option position and will still be long the shares I purchased in the teens. JB is now short and was good enough to say so. Donny is still too scared to tell us his position, but you can be sure he will come out of the closet and pretend to be short the second OVER takes its next dip.

PS> I am writing this from jail, where I have been locked up for being so damn accurate in my predictions. Donny is in the other wing where he is serving time for being so damn wrong.
