Shack, I agree that max pain might not matter that much now, as it's Tuesday and we've basically hit it. Still, I find it hard to be terribly bearish with the banks refusing to budge. You still have them in a flat that's either done or about to be? Also I note the dow refusing to give up the 8550 level. It's been a tough level in the past, so if we're gonna bounce, it could come from here. And in the tiniest intraday wiggles, the latest decline looks unimpressive, so we either tank sharply soon or we go back to 8600 and re-evaluate.
