Not in general, but CERTAINLY by white liberalism. The left wing white racists TAKE it for GRANTED that blacks are incapable of thinking about whom to vote for. They TAKE it for GRANTED that no black can achieve success without rigging the game through reverse discrimination. They TAKE it for GRANTED that blacks can be exploited to fabricate votes for Marxist/Leninist white candidates.
Truly, the white slave holders denied the blacks their human rights-BUT THEY WERE INCAPABLE of the depths of out-of-hand contempt that the contemporary Marxist/Leninist anti-American left expresses toward blacks as a group. That may be due to the work of Lenin, who taught modern liberals that no amount of hate, negligence, or manipulation is too great, if the goal is to bring down the capitalist enemy.
Thus the left may just happen to treat the blacks like cattle INCIDENTALLY. I fail to see why that's an improvement over the slave holders-who held them physically captive. With physical captivity, there is always hope for escape, or the downfall of the system (which eventually occurred). What do you do about white liberals who you KNOW are convinced-in their heart and soul-that you are INTELLECTUAL DIRT, and you KNOW that they will NEVER be made to change their minds? That is the ESSENCE of oppression.
Modern conservatism offers only to treat blacks as equals, allowing them to compete freely in a COLOR BLIND society. It offers them the possibility of school CHOICE, a tax environment that favors ENTERPRISE, and a street as free from crime and violence as possible (partly through allowing them to arm themselves, and thus exerting LEVERAGE against the criminal element). The older blacks are afraid to leave the security of the liberal plantation and take responsibility for their own destiny. The liberals understand that fear and profit politically from it.
Younger blacks have the GUTS to look at the world that COULD be. And they see the WHITE LIBERAL standing in their way.
Contempt, after all, BREEDS contempt. Let's not allow the Marxist/Leninist left to waste yet ANOTHER generation of blacks, before they can free themselves... |
