Yes, I know. They are in a world of pain. Moody's downgrade to junk status must have hurt as well. And now they need to place GBP 1.5 bn in escrow, or find the said amount of guarantees from an A-rated bank for possible tax liabilities. Ouch. Trust me, the credit analysis is no fun. I don't want to be in their shoes right now.
