Sure...and WWII was the war to end all wars... Many studies have shown that the death penalty is not a deterrent....secondly, don't kid yourself, you don't want a deterrent you want revenge or retribution and it is this regard that I asked you if you thought your elected officials have made a fool of you?

That's silly....you say many...is that why so many are trying so hard to stay in and don't want to get out???
