This is not to say we are back at the boom days. What is happening is that wi-fi, DSL, ADSL, etc are driving growth at the edge. So, the build out I am seeing is mainly at the edge/metro. This will ultimately flow to the core.

Over 3 years the old ATM/Frame relay switches will have to be ripped out and replaced with optical. Who is going to support and maintain these obsolete prodcuts.

RFP's have a 50% chance to come to frution. However, some
parts of the RFP's do result in sales with future promises...
