Bob, with you there really never seems to be a right answer for poor old FSTW...just shades of wrong.<g> Just a guess, but I suspect McNeight has tendered his resignation and the Board has yet to move on it. Maybe the next meeting will need a quorum and they can get another vote or two out of him before he sails off into the sunset. McNeight was a very valuable asset to Richard, I am sure the departure is a tough one for both of them. Replacing McNeight won't be all that easy. How many folks will be able to snap right in immediately. Maybe Hank wouldn't be such a bad idea for a replacement. Heck, Richard might have even considered you if you owned any shares or ever had something nice to say about FSTW...LOL. I doubt they will pick someone from the company to replace a non company board member.
