IMO, the water rights could even be received early January depending on the outcome of the Hydrolic Committee. Good to know is that the Mexican Federal water governing board supports the arrangements.

It's also great to see that PAAS really WANTS Alamo Dorado as this is the third time they extend the merger closing date.
