Well, I think Pugs and Riley should run both our governments. It would end all the left/right debate about which leader is more competent, as there would be absolutely no competency upon which to debate. Very simple. Which one do you want? Maybe we could trade every four years. Riley's the smarter of the two &#151 he's an actor.
