"The United States is set to declare on Thursday that Iraq has violated the United Nations resolution requiring it to disclose all its weapons of mass destruction, sources said Wednesday.

The sources said that US President Bush, at a national security meeting to be held on Wednesday morning, will consider whether to declare Iraq in "material breach" of its obligations."
