Clinton slid by on the Rich pardon. There was an investigation and not enough evidence to indict was developed.

I do not disagree on the Lindh matter. He should have been executed.

But despite a less than perfect record, I think you have to take into account the mess of a DOJ he was left and a few blunders do not make him a lightweight blowhard. Political consideratins factor into DOJ actions in every Administration.
