Yes, I think the entire move off the highs is likely a "B". In the short term though I think this as least MIGHT be the b of the flat with the lows from the 16th as the end of the first impulse, as opposed to the higher lows from the 9th being the start of the flat.

One problem I have with the 9th starting the flat is that it isnt completely flat. With the lower lows on the 16th it is more of a zigzag and I don't like zigzags down as corrective waves. Especially when the RSI is strongly diverging in a positive way (on say a 60 min chart).
