The Holy Land is the Holy Land. IMO, it is most important that Holy sites be protected by whomever is most capable.

Any land anywhere is HOLY if its inhabitants believe it to be so! (BTW, it is also true that "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.")

By the way, someone once said that, if people want to have creature comforts in this life they will, more often than not, have to work very hard and even do evil things now and then. But, if they want to have all comforts and bliss in the hereafter, they don't have to do anything at all now but to believe and believe and believe!!!
