Yes....., the tasting was neat, and learned something new. Will do it again this evening and see what else comes to mind. Never did see the actual date stamp as most of the wheel was gone, just the buyers memory. Your friend shouldn't stop selling to Formaggio...! Bread and Circus (Whole Foods) is trying to become the top cheese shop..., they are good, but a distant second to Formaggio. Formaggio is the defining shop and 'state-of-the-art' cheese stop in the entire Boston area. Many restaurants go through them for just the right cheese... as many big name restaurants are offering a special cheese course on the menus. Tell me something, did you actual use your spital on the rind... as mentioned or was this humor...? Also found out they buy your lamb. ... smile
