That would help a lot. Most of the condos/high rises are down the road, past the boardwalk, which covers about 40 or 50 blocks. They cluster from about 70th Street to around 100th, with some here and there down the beach. It is usually referred to as the Gold Coast,because of the concentration of upscale shopping centers in the vicinity......
