I am 46. I think being in one's mid- 40s is a very good thing for a man. My wife is actually 51, but looks about 38. (She dyes her hair, which has turned grey). Her skin is very youthful, and she is still vital and fun, while being poised, smart, and very good at her job. I noticed in college that the girls I most liked to talk with over dinner were older than me, so I actually was biased in her favor when she turned out to be older........
