Luminart Inc. announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Clearr Corporation of Minnetonka, Minnesota. This alliance has been formed for two primary purposes. First of all, Clearr has purchased Luminite dispensing equipment and is set to begin marketing and manufacturing Luminite signs and displays. Secondly, Luminart customers worldwide will now benefit from efficient access to Clearr’s highly regarded line of lighting products.
Operating since 1959, Clearr Corporation is recognized in the industry as a leading manufacturer of backlit, edgelit, and nonlit graphic display products. Clearr displays are found worldwide, in department stores, specialty chains, discounters, banks, and restaurant chains, as well as in airport terminals, stadiums and trade show exhibits. They are particularly renowned for their backlit graphic illuminators, or lightboxes, so integral to the high-impact illumination of Luminite signs and displays.
As a result of this new relationship Clearr will now begin producing Luminite signs and displays for their wide range of customers. At the same time, Clearr lighting products will be promoted and are expected to become the choice of Luminart customers. Supply of these highly recommended light sources will be made readily available to all Luminart customers through Clearr.
The two companies will also share research and development in order to enhance the existing products and to pave the way for new products and technologies in the future.

Luminart Inc. is an emerging growth technology company supplying the worldwide sign and display industry with its revolutionary new product Luminite.
