IMHO ... ALL good news. What the preferred's are saying is that there are plenty of profits to go around. If the company puts prime real estate in to a REIT they will retain a significant number of units. With proper management that will only make money for the "parent". Same with the public company. May be a little BCE in the making? Anyway ..... All signs point to a solid future here. Dave
