That ides is unmitigated nonsense. A bacteria is not barely a life form. Maybe you could call a virus that. The operative word was barely. The fetus is a clump of cells that has few if any human characteristics. A fetus at the stage where they are aborted not infrequently has a beating heart. Also the operative word in your phrase wasn't even human. It was "barely a life form". Even if it really was just a clump of cells with few human characteristics it would not be "barely a life form". "Its a living organism of the species homo sapiens" I disagree but you are entitled to your opinion. Just remember the law sees it differently. Its a simple matter of fact. The importance of and the implications of that fact are debatable but the fact itself is not reasonably disputable. Tim
